Misorder of Color or Size
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or returns for misorders of color or size. All orders are processed and printed only after the order is placed by you. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
Damage or Misprint
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged product or if there is a misprint on the item, we will consider it for replacement. Proof is required for damaged or misprinted products. Please provide clear photos or other evidence of the issue to info@weink.in.
Replacement Process
To initiate the replacement process, contact us at info@weink.in with proof of damage or misprint within 2 days of receiving the product. We will review the evidence and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the damaged or misprinted item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
No Monetary Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. Only replacement of the product is provided.
